Using Crosvia CRM
You are responsible for authorised use of your workspace, connected channels, customer data and user access.
Subscriptions
Plans are billed per workspace. Usage, taxes, onboarding and any separately priced services are disclosed before purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not use Crosvia CRM for unlawful messaging, unauthorised access, deceptive activity or violations of connected-provider policy.
