A CONTROLLED MOVE
In Kylas, use the Leads and Deals list export to download CSVs. Include owner, stage, source, phone, email and created date.
Settings → Imports: upload the CSV, map columns once; duplicates are flagged by phone and email.
Settings → Integrations → Continue with Meta links your WhatsApp number and lead-ad Pages. Keep Kylas read-only for two weeks, then switch the forms.

On headcount, usually yes: Elevate is a flat ₹12,999 however many people you add, against ₹12,000 for Crosvia Starter and 5 users. Above about five people Kylas costs less per head. What Crosvia includes is the WhatsApp Cloud API inbox, the call queue with its scoring reasons, and separate brand workspaces — Kylas leaves WhatsApp to a third-party provider and runs one organisation per account. If WhatsApp is not your problem, Kylas is the cheaper answer.
On Enterprise, yes, at a price agreed per group. Starter includes 5 users, Growth 15 and Scale 40, and extra users can be added to any of them for ₹1,500 a month each.
